The Level II Final Exam: Passing Score and Retakes

The Rules, Plainly

• Passing score: 75% or better. Score at least 75% and you pass; your PSP-36 is emailed automatically.
• 3 attempts (MLG policy). You have three attempts at the final exam. The attempt cap is MLG's own policy, enforced by the exam system.
• Wrong-answer review. After a failed attempt, you can review the questions you missed before your next try.
• Attempts used up? If your attempts run out, you re-enroll to take the exam again — and you can call the school at (956) 583-2004 for help before you do.

How to Pass the First Time

• Finish all 11 modules first. The exam covers the full DPS curriculum, and the classroom's listen-to-unlock rule means every slide's narration must play through before you advance — use that time; it is the teaching, not a hurdle.
• Use the Participant Guide. It is attached to your enrollment email and is the course's basic reference document.
• Do not rush the first attempt. Your attempts are limited. A careful first try beats three hurried ones.

Common Questions

What happens the moment I pass?
Your PSP-36 certificate is generated and emailed to you automatically. From there you apply in TOPS with a licensed employer.

Does a failed attempt lock me out of the classroom?
No. A failed attempt costs you one of your 3 attempts and opens wrong-answer review. Your modules and progress stay intact.

Can I get a fourth attempt without re-enrolling?
No. The 3-attempt cap is enforced by the exam system. After the third failed attempt, re-enrollment is the path back in.
