MLG Protection Services, LLC ("MLG"), 2515-B East Griffin Parkway, Mission, TX 78572, (956) 583-2004, info@mlgprotection.com, collects only the information needed to enroll students, deliver training records, prepare investigative reports, and respond to inquiries.

What we collect

Training enrollment: name, email, phone, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. DPS requires the date of birth and last 4 for your training record. Do not send a full Social Security number through any form on this site.
Background report requests: your name, business (if any), email, phone, the subject's name and location, and other identifying details you lawfully provide. Do not send Social Security numbers through the report form.
Proposals and inquiries: name, phone, email, and the service details you provide.
Payments: card payments are processed through Stripe's secure checkout. MLG does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use it

Enrollment information is used to open your classroom, record training, and issue certificates, including training records required by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Report information is used only to prepare the report for the purpose you stated. Inquiry information is used to respond to your request.

What we do not do

MLG does not sell personal information. Investigative reports are confidential to the requester and are not shared except as required by law or as necessary to prepare the report for the stated purpose.

Security and retention

MLG uses reasonable safeguards to protect the information it holds. No system is perfectly secure, and MLG cannot guarantee against unauthorized access. Training records are kept as required for DPS compliance; report and inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected and for business records.
